Woke up this morning and it was like a steam sauna outside after another thunder storm during the night. We headed downtown which was a quiet Sunday morning did a bit of a river walk there is some amazing water ways here water everywhere and Rob is enjoying driving over all the bridges.
When the temperature got into the nineties we thought we should check out the beach and headed to Atlanta beach it was lovely, a huge long beach with white sand and although the water was still a light brown it was great to have a swim it seemed to us to be a safe beach, but there were life savers every 200 meters all the way along the beach. Then the girl near us called everyone out of the water she said there was a shark but all we saw were dolphins so we had a bit of a giggle about that.
Someone recommended a restaurant for lunch so we went to the Safe Harbour eatery and had great shrimp and fish, it was so good we went back there for tea. The temperature got to 102 this afternoon but it was less humid by then so we had a relaxing afternoon back at the house watching a bit of golf
