Hi, Heather here today Paul is suffering because of his wrist despite anti inflammatories and wrist supports. We headed off a bit later today to realize we couldn't catch the bus so walked the 2.5 km to the train station again, and worked our way across the city, this time taking the Red line (a proper train) and then the silver line an underground electric bus for something a bit different. We ended up in the harbour area where the commercial fishing catches are brought in and plenty of great restaurants and had lunch at an old Bostonian favourite called No Name. When the owner started the business everyone asked what is the name he replied no name just EAT. So I have had my Maine lobster with prawns and huge scollops, Paul even tried some of the famous New England chowder a must to start having at home.
With lunch done we headed back downtown to Macys so Helen and Rob could buy more Red sox gear and then next door to primark for a bit more retail therapy.
Back home by bus we are really getting the hang of public transport, Helen and I headed into the supermarket its a pity we didn't know it was only a couple of blocks away earlier. Light nibbles for tea organise the packing and laundry ready to head off for Buffalo tomorrow going by Delta Airways it should be interesting, til then bye bye

New york to Boston
Boston Day 2 and many photos as we chase Paul Revere and his many statues graves and pathways. Hop on bus is a must and the guides are colourful in their commentary. Have riden the buses and trams and google maps! which at times takes you on a slight deviation. The small boat you see in the photos is the owner of the Redsox; he spent $90m on that little baby!. Heather is feeding on a lobster bun in Quincy's market. I have developed two large blisters on feet which are giving me grief and tendonitis in arm which is painful, but pushing through pain. Other photos show us leaving New York on Amtrak and our first venture around Boston

Day7-9 NY to Boston
Passwords and access to IT stuff is driving me nuts; along with this small laptop!
We are in Boston and touring around. I'm injured with two large blisters on the balls of my feet and tendonitis in wrist. Hev is fine. We travelled via Amtrak to Boston. great journey and now seeing the sights of Boston; what a great place with friendly people.
We have found it is easy to use the public transport so after settling in to a beautiful airbnb in the pretty suburb of Newton we headed into Fenway stadium to finally see our baseball game which was a thriller. Rob got his face on Global TV, poaching a seat behind the batters screen.
Boston is clean and amazing, people say its the best in the world!!! The photos of the building is apartment is our BNB in Newark which was large and inviting. stay tune for the next blog which has

Day 7
Great day for the Statue again and Ellis island. Then off to Tiffanys. The crowds just continued, but we did try a hot chilli dog for lunch.. Back on the train from WTC out to New Jersey. Check out the LED screen nearly 100 yards long. WTC has plenty of these around
Day 6
Well Heather is still in her element as we get up at 5.00am to call Lauren and then ventured to Rockefeller Centre, walking back via Tiffanys and the trump centre (obviously police guarded and something going down as bollards, guards and plenty of no go areas) We then had a great breakfast in Hells kitchen catching the subway to Brooklyn Bridge in the heat and humidity. Helen has got the place wired up. Back to grand central and finally Nachos and a beer for lunch. It was then time to head out via Uber to New Jersey
